Museum Lightweight Cotton Canvas
Museum Stretched Canvases are made from top quality Art Spectrum Stretchers and acrylic-primed, medium weave cotton canvas. Is sufficient extra canvas for the finished work to be re stretched at a later date if required? Neat finish due to being stapled around the back.
Museum Stretched Lightweight Canvas has all the superior quality hall marks as the Heavy Duty canvas (above). The only difference is the canvas has been stretched over a smaller stretcher bar.
Unbleached cotton is used in Museum Canvases as it is stronger than its unbleached counterpart.
Lightweight refers to the depth of the stretcher bar, which the canvas has been stretched around. Lightweight- 1” deep x 2” edge.
This affordable, lightweight system is suitable for smaller frames up to 40” and can be easily framed.
